We’re proud to work alongside some of the most experienced technicians in the industry. Our team includes experts with nearly 35 and over 40 years of hands-on experience in Watchfire digital products, traditional signage, illuminated signs, fabrication, and installation. Their deep knowledge ensures every project is handled with skill and precision.
Project Management—As Much or As Little as You Need
We offer full project management from start to finish, if that’s what you prefer. This includes coordinating all related services—labor, scheduling, and more. While we typically handle every aspect of the project, many of our clients choose to use their own electrician. If that’s the case, we’ll provide detailed electrical specs so your electrician can prepare everything in advance. Once the site is ready, we’ll come in and install your sign.
Prefer a hands-on approach? No problem. If you have the skills and want to manage the project yourself, we’re happy to simply supply the sign and let you take it from there.
Repairs? Rarely Needed—But We’re Here if You Do
When it comes to repairs, we don’t do much—and that’s a good thing. Watchfire digital signs are built to last, so issues are extremely rare. If you’re within warranty and something does come up, just give us a call. Watchfire will remotely access your sign to diagnose the problem. If a part needs replacing, they’ll overnight it to us, and we’ll handle the repair promptly. Since 2020, we’ve only had to do this once.
If you have a traditional lighted sign, issues like wind damage or electrical problems can occasionally happen. When they do, just reach out—we’ll schedule a technician to troubleshoot and get you back up and running as soon as possible.
